National Seafood Chef of the Year Competition opens registration

The National Seafood Chef of the Year Competition has launched its registration and sponsorship opportunities.

The competition not only inspires chefs in training and creates educational opportunities that positively impact their development, helping them become outstanding chefs; but also provides a platform for them to demonstrate their skills while highlighting the quality and sustainability of UK seafood choices.

In association with The Grimsby Institute, the National Seafood Chef of the Year Competition is now in its 28th year, full-time and college-based modern apprentice chefs are encouraged to register.

In 2024, Sophie Hannaford and Finn Clark from Exeter College won the prestigious competition.

The competition also promotes sponsorship, companies can choose from the following:

Bronze - £2,000

Company logo on the National Seafood Chef of the Year website and marketing materials

Support of the Seafood Chef of the Year Juniors Competition 2025

Invitation to the Competition Launch Lunch on March 5, 2025

Silver - £5,000

All Bronze benefits
