Obsession 15: Jacob Jan Boerma

Sunday 25th saw the third night of the 15th Obsession take place at Northcote. 15 nights, 27 chefs and 27 Michelin stars with the second night being undertaken by Jacob Jan Boerma from three Michelin-starred Restaurant De Leest, Holland.
