Obsession 15: Phil Howard and Brett Graham

Tuesday 27th saw the fifth night of the 15th Obsession take place at Northcote. 15 nights, 27 chefs and 27 Michelin stars with the fifth night being undertaken by Phil Howard from two Michelin - starred The Square and Brett Graham from two Michelin-starred The Ledbury.
