In his new role at the Peterborough-based company, Simon will be responsible for the success of Hobart’s leading portfolio of brands including Bonnet, ELRO, MBM and Wolf.

Speaking about his new role, Simon said: “I am delighted to have joined such a major kitchen equipment company as Hobart and am looking forward to working with my new team to address the challenges ahead.

“My initial focus will be on maintaining the growth of the cooking business and building on Hobart’s unrivalled reputation among caterers for technological development, product innovation and equipment quality.”
