The new restaurant at Claridge’s to be launched with Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan will be called Fera at Claridge’s. The name Fera, which means ‘wild’ in Latin, reflects both the primal influence of nature and the highly seasonal ingredients used in Rogan's cooking.

Fera at Claridge’s will open on Tuesday, 6 May 2014, with reservation lines open from 9am on 14 April 2014. Reservations can be made from this date online at claridges.co.uk/fera or by calling 020 7107 8888.

The interior of the restaurant is being created by British designer Guy Oliver, who has a long history of working with Claridge’s. Oliver has designed a room that defines the modernity of today’s dining and Rogan’s own natural style, whilst also capturing the timeless art deco glamour of Claridge’s.

Fera at Claridge's will have 90 seats and a private dining room that accommodates 12. It will offer two multi-course menus in addition to à la carte and a set lunch menus.

Rogan’s senior team working with him on Fera at Claridge’s includes Executive Chef Dan Cox and Restaurant Director Ben Hofer.
