The latest chefs to join 'The Lucky Onion Club Presents' series is The River Cottage’s Gill Meller and owner of The Ethicurean, Jack Adair-Bevan.

First to showcase their cuisine is the team from The Ethicurean, who will be hosting a dinner at boutique hotel, No. 131, in Cheltenham on Sunday, 16th August 2015. Jack Adair-Beven, from Bristol’s The Ethicurean, is known for producing strong, bold flavours into his dishes.

On Sunday 13th September, the duo will be showing guests their talents, by taking guests around The Wheatsheaf Northleach’s woodland to try their hand at foraging, using maps and tips to find the best natural produce. When the team return to base, Gill will be using the foraged ingredients to create a Sunday dinner whilst Jack will use the produce to create innovative cocktails in the pop-up Ketel One Vodka Kitchen.

After the exploration day and Sunday dinner with Jack and Gill, the guests will be offered tailored cocktails from Ketel One Vodka Kitchen to compliment the other guest chef’s menus, using spices, seasoning, and fresh fruit and vegetables. Guests are also encouraged to try their hand at cocktail making.

Previous supper club chefs include Michel Roux Snr, Mark Hix, Fergus Henderson and Valentine Warner. The aim of The Lucky Onion Club presents is to bring together chefs from all-over the UK to work with The Lucky Onion kitchen staff, to showcase their passion and pass their knowledge on to the staff.

The events are hosted by The Lucky Onion owners, and husband and wife duo, Sam and Georgie Pearman, who are celebrating recent successes. The Lucky Onion have won the Best of British Prize at the Tatler Restaurant Awards, and were awarded the Best Foodie in the Sunday Times Ultimate Hotel in Britain Awards 2014.
