What the guests said

Nigel Haworth, Chef Patron at The Three Fishes, said: "We've had some extraordinary food.  Mark who worked with me for near seven years has suppased everything you could have imagined him to acheive. We've had a wonderful networking lunch here with Nyetimber, Udale, and lots of other suppliers."

Nigel added: "It was interesting to meet other chefs. Often when you go to the big dinners in London, you're too busy to connect properly. Today's been lovely because we've interacted with all the suppliers and lots of the chefs. We should do it more often!"

Steven Kinkead, Managing Director of Winterhalter UK, said: "Where do I start? The food, two star - stunning. It's been on my to do list for absolutely ages and I've been blessed to attend and sponsor.  The food absolutely outstanding, Nyetimber, hats off to you. It's been absolutely wonderful.

William Graham, Head Chef at Merchants 1688, said: "It's been a great opportunity to see how Moor Hall runs, and speaking to all the chefs I've met today, different suppliers, it's good to meet different people in the industry."

Paul Durand, Chef Patron of Manifest, said: "It's been a fantastic day and a brilliant lunch. I used to work at Moor Hall so it was really great to be back and be on the other side of the pass and see how much The Barn has gone on here. Kane has done a great job and it was great to meet other chefs, becuase when you work you don't much time to socialise with other people in the industry."
