Social Media Influencer of the year Thom Bateman started his career working at a Latin American restaurant, at just 17 years old he was made the head chef.
In 2009 Thom left the industry following challenges with mental health and a desire to go and learn more about the world as well as his own self.
Ten years later, Thom started a food blog page known as bboxfood reigniting a passion for cooking. Since then, he's worked with many internationally recognised brands and amasses a large and loyal following across social media.
Capitalising on earlier successs, Thom opened the ‘THE FLINTLOCK’ pub in Cheedleton where he creates all his recipes and videos.
