On Thursday 14th March Rasmus Kofoed and his team at Copenhagen’s Geranium received their second Michelin star.
The Staff Canteen were on the scene filming Rasmus for our Featured Chef video. We were the first on hand to tweet out the news. We also caught this exclusive video of Rasmus and the team’s reactions.
In 2010 Rasmus won the Bocuse D’Or Europe and in 2011 the world Bocuse D’Or, becoming the first chef in the world to participate in the competition three times. Geranium won its first Michelin star in 2012.
