Valrhona Chocolat and Galvin’s Chance have come together to create an online auction, ‘Chocs for Chance’, ahead of Valentine’s Day.

Fred Sirieix, general manager of Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows, has gathered a fantastic line-up of chefs including Raymond Blanc, Michel Roux Jr, Eric Lanlard and Jose Pizarro to create bespoke chocolate boxes made from Valrhona couverture which will be auctioned off on eBay.

The money raised from the chocolate auction will help fund future Galvin’s Chance programmes, an inspirational ‘into work’ programme for disadvantaged youngsters aged 18-24.

Help is given through the programme to get people into pre-employment hospitality training, a work placement, sustainable employment and college apprenticeship.

The eBay-based auction will run from January 26th with a closing time of 18:00 on February 5th. Make sure to click on their website here in order to bid.
