We had a very busy month in March with two #TSCLive shows in London and Glasgow. But we've been keeping an eye on the Chef+ app and we've noticed even more great content from you lot.

Our new Member of the Month is James Oakleychef de cuisine of Alibi restaurant at Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. He bagged himself a signed copy of Pierre Koffmann's book 'Classic Koffmann: 50 Years A Chef' and a The Staff Canteen mug!
