Our new Member of the Month is James Oakley, chef de cuisine of Alibi restaurant at Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. He bagged himself a signed copy of Pierre Koffmann's book 'Classic Koffmann: 50 Years A Chef' and a The Staff Canteen mug!
