Top recipe pick of the month
Gavin Edney's Tartare of rose veal, with Porthilly oyster, Exmoor caviar, dashi and a nori cracker was the most popular recipe this month!
July's Member of the Month is Sean Kelly, head chef at Station Road restaurant at The Lovat, Loch Ness.
