We'll see the return of two Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing, renowned chef Monica Galetti and MasterChef’s seasoned judge, Gregg Wallace.

Craig Johnston, sous chef at the Royal Oak Paley Street, who this year becamesenior chef de partie at Marcus, Belgravia, was the eleventh winner of MasterChef: The Professionals. With the title, Craig joins a long list of previous winners which include Derek Johnstone; Steve Groves; Claire Lara; Ash Mair, joint winners Keri Moss and Anton Piotrowski; Steven Edwards; Jamie Scott, Mark Stinchcombe and last year’s winner, Gary Maclean.
