All systems go in the warehouse during these heady times of autumnal goodness. The briefest of updates below, capturing just the essentials you’ll need to get yourself through the week.

Fresh Wild Mushrooms

• Girolles from Russia (medium-sized)


• Pied de mouton from France and now Scotland


• Trompettes from Croatia


• Chanterelles jaune from Spain


• Autumn truffles from Italy (get in now, price going up)


• Italian white truffle getting better (available on pre-order only)

Foraging Produce Looking Good This Week

• A sweet little Crab apple was placed on my table at the end of last week – lovely shape and colour.
