On the 13th April chef, Bruno Loubet will open Grain Store Unleashed an exciting new venture at The Zetter Hotel in Clerkenwell, the same space that currently houses Bistrot Bruno Loubet, for a limited time only.

At Grain Store Unleashed diners will have a unique opportunity to savour a new aspect to Bruno’s cooking. It is a concept that shares the same DNA as his much-lauded King’s Cross restaurant; flavours are international and the vegetable is still king. The dishes will be more adventurous and experimental with menus pushing the boundaries of Grain Store's innovative food style even further. Chef Bruno Loubet says: “I’m really excited to pursue this direction of cooking that I have enjoyed since opening Grain Store. We are going to take risks and show what is possible with vegetables. With Grain Store Unleashed I will take the Grain Store style of cooking to another level.” Over the last few years, Bruno's cooking and choices surrounding food have changed and evolved; he has moved away from the classic bistro cuisine for which he is well known, and now prefers to cast vegetables as the stars of the show. Bistrot Bruno Loubet at The Zetter Hotel has enjoyed 5 successful years of trading and the space will now give way to new concepts.

Bruno and the partners of The Zetter Group are looking forward to the next phase of the space – first with Grain Store Unleashed and thereafter with a brand new idea will be launched. Monday 6th April will be the last day of service for Bistrot Bruno Loubet before Grain Store Unleashed opens on Monday 13th April from breakfast to dinner. During the day there will be a short selection of individually priced dishes, whilst at dinner, there will be a choice of two set menus, 6-course (£32.50) and 8-course (£39).
