Daughter of Michel Roux Jnr and granddaughter to Albert Roux OBE, Emily Roux will help her grandfather design and prepare menus for Wimbledon’s The Gatsby Club and assist her father' at Epsom’s ‘Chez Roux @ Blue Riband’.

Working alongside the hospitality corporate provider, Keith Prowse, Emily Roux promises to bring her own flair to the menus drawing on her experiences of working in some of the world’s finest kitchens.

Emily Roux said: “I’m thrilled to be headlining Keith Prowse’s entertainment offerings at two of the UK’s most iconic sporting occasions. Cooking alongside my family at both Wimbledon and The Derby for the first time is going to be a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to bring my contemporary style to both events.”

Emily began her career in 2010, working at the Michelin starred La Table du Lancaster in Paris before moving to Monaco to work in two of Alain Ducasse’s restaurants, La Trattoria and Le Louis XV at the Hotel de Paris.

Emily returned to Paris in 2012 and, following stints as a Demi-chef de partie at Le 395 and as a Junior Sous-Chef at Akrame, moved back to London in August 2015 where she is collaborating with her father Michel at Le Gavroche.

Andy Vinsen, chief operating officer at Keith Prowse, said: “We’re delighted that Emily will be joining us for both the Investec Derby and Wimbledon. The combination of exceptional hospitality facilities, coupled with the legendary skills of the Roux family, will result in a fantastic culinary experience for our guests”.
