Danny Pecorelli, managing director of Exclusive, said: “With our award-winning restaurants and incredible chef talent, food and dining really are at the very heart of our business, and we feel, integral to the complete guest experience at Exclusive.  So, whether you are nervous in the kitchen, a competent cook or an aspiring professional chef of the future, we’re confident SEASON has something for everyone.” The cookery school will present classes on roasted meats, bread making, jams, marmalades and chutneys, chocolate, desserts, knife skills and the art of charcuterie. Each full or half day course will be delivered by the award-winning chefs within the Exclusive kitchens including Olly Rouse, head chef at The Avenue, Lainston House, Richard Davies, executive chef at The Bybrook, The Manor House, Matt Gillan head chef at The Pass, South Lodge and head chef Michael Wignall at The Latymer, Surrey. Guests will be able to sample their creations with the chefs in the dining room
