Great British Menu 2023 chefs: Kerry Roper, Northern Ireland Heat

Kerry Roper, Head Chef at Stix and Stones, is one of four chefs competing for Northern Ireland region on Great British Menu 2023.

Series 18 of the competition starts on January 31 2023 on BBC Two at 8pm and will air for eight weeks.

Kerry is going head to head with chefs Gemma Austin, Matt Jordan, John Hollywood in a bid to represent Northern Ireland in the regional finals, and ultimately cook a dish at the final banquet.

This is Kerry's first time competing in Great British Menu.

Biography

Originally born in London and having previously worked with Michelin starred chef Danni Barry, Kerry is the head chef and development chef at Stix and Stones in Belfast.

Kerry is responsible for using her creativity to create delicious food and aesthetically appealing plates.

As a head chef, Kerry prides herself on using good Irish produce and food that is cooked well.
