John Hollywood is a freelance development chef based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Thanks John's extensive skill set, he helped to establish The Muddlers Club, which attained Michelin star before branching out into Asian cuisine and techniques in Yugo, and helped open up its sister restaurant Yugo East during the pandemic.

Leaving Belfast, John moved to Bangor where he became head chef at The Boat House. In this role he developed his own style, always using local ingredients.
