Hotel & Catering Show comes to Bournemouth

The essential networking and business opportunity, Hotel & Catering Show, is set to be bigger than ever when it comes to Bournemouth’s BIC in March.

In addition to some of the show’s more familiar highlights, visitors can look forward to a host of exciting new features, product launches and a variety of special offers available from over 120 exhibitors across two days on 11 and 12 of next month.

The Staff Canteen Live is back and this year features Michael Wignall, Tom Aikens, Sam Moody, Dominic Chapman, Richard Davies and Luke Holder, all of whom will have 30 minutes to demonstrate a signature dish in front of the live audience as well as taking questions.

Leading regional food organisations, Dorset Food & Drink and Hampshire Fare will host local producers from across the area in the new ‘Source Producers Market’ which will allow caterers to discover the local talents with live demos from Matt Budden of the Highcliff Marriot, David Wykes from the Verveine Fishmarket Restaurant and Hayley Elston from Catch on the Isle of Wight.

As well as exhibitions there will be plenty of educational stands with lots of speakers present at the Seminar Programme with everything from how to use social media to the importance of customer service. Included in the line-up are Jeremy Rata from Bovey Castle, Robin Sheppard, Chairman of Bespoke Hotels and hospitality specialist Rebecca Hawkins.

Also, a number of new products will be launched at this year’s Hotel & Catering Show including items from Essential Cuisine’s The Stock People, New Forest Ice Cream, Cheese Cellar and The Coffee Bean Company.
