How did you feel about getting throughto the final?

A bit shocked, but relieved to have got past the semi-final and excited for the next round, that's for sure!

Is there anything you are hoping to get in the mystery basket?

I'm just hoping it's based seasonally which I'm sure it will be,

Would you recommend National Chef of the Year to other chefs?

I definitely would, it's great for networking and it's a new experience. It's good to be taken out of your comfort zone and try something new.
