A further 12 restaurants have been added to the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland this month.

In August, the tyre company announced that it was to introduce monthly additions to its digital publication ahead of the release of the 2022 guide, whilst assuring its readers that it would continue to announce stars, Bib Gourmands and Green stars annually.

The company is yet to confirm when it will release the next UK Michelin Guide.

The following 12 restaurants are now listed in the digital guide, which you can access here

Evelyn's Table, London

Led by 2017 Roux Scholar and former head chef of Hide Above Luke Selby with his two brothers Nat and Theo, Evelyn's Table is an intimate 10-seater counter restaurant serving an evolving menu built on their formative experiences, demonstrating their love of British produce combined with their Japanese technical skills and their classic French training.

Unalome, Glasgow

Following a successful career with Geoffrey Smeddle at fine dining restaurant Étain, Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond and the luxury Isle of Eriska Hotel, award-winning Scottish Chef Graeme Cheevers opened ‘Unalome’ as his first solo venture in June 2021 on Kelvingrove Street. Farm-to-fork dining and a focus on high-quality Scottish seafood have earned twice Michelin-star winner Graeme rave reviews, and the realistic expectation of more great things to come.

Home, Penarth

Opened by James Sommerin this summer after the untimely closure of the his eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant last year, Home promises to be an exclusive, immersive and intimate eating experience. With James and his daughter Georgia at the helm, the 25-cover gourmet restaurant is run by the Sommerin family and just one member of staff - offering the truest reflection of the chef’s tastes and personality.

Bar Des Prés, London

Bar des Prés is famed French chef and pâtissier Cyril Lignac's first international venture, described as an evolved version of his original Paris Saint-Germain restaurant. A chic, cosmopolitan and vibrant concept that combines the French know-how with London's energy and Japan's originality.

Catch at The Old Fish Market, Weymouth

Headed by Michelin-starred executive chef Mike Naidoo, the Catch focuses on a sea-to-plate experience with fish caught directly from the waters off the Dorset coast.

Watson and Walpole, Suffolk

Co-owned and directed by Rob Walpole, Ruth and David Watson, Watson and Walpole aims to create authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed, neighbourhood-style dining environment - only using local ingredients. #

Ruth and David have plenty of experience to put on show at Watson and Walpole, having been at the helm of Hintlesham Hall near Ipswich, helped spearhead the gastropub movement at the Fox & Goose in Fressingfield, and, between 1999 and 2017, the couple owned the Crown and Castle, a restaurant with rooms in the town of Orford, (justifiably) self-proclaimed one the prettiest villages on the Suffolk Coast.

Glenturret Lalique, Perth and Kinross

Set inside the world's oldest working whisky distillery in Crieff, The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant is also the first whisky distillery to offer fine-dining in situ, with head chef Mark Donald, previously of Number One at The Balmoral, committed to using the best local ingredients, from highland Wagyu beef, lamb, fish and shellfish to wild garlic and morels foraged locally.

Engine Social, Halifax

Described by Michelin as "a friendly place formed around the concept of sharing, where great value Mediterranean-based small plates "burst with colour and flavour," the Sowerby Bridge restaurant opened in 2018, with chef Mark Kemp heading the kitchen and Wil Akroyd overseeing the front of house, with the explicit aim of bringing a melting-pot of flavours from around the world back to the humble land of Yorkshire.

Adrift, County Cork

Located on the ground floor of the Dunmore House Hotel, with a view over Clonakilty Bay, the guide says the menus at Adrift "showcase locally sourced produce, with plenty of fruit, vegetables, salads, herbs and flowers from their own organic kitchen garden."

A family-run operation since the late 1940s, Adrift is now run by the youngest hospitality professional among them, Peter Barrett.

Habas, Manchester

Chef patron Simon Shaw decided to build on the successes of his tapas restaurants El Gato Negro and Canto with the addition of Middle Eastern outpost, Habas. The menu, divided into mezze, seafood, meat, vegetables and grains, desserts, and sweets sections, features dishes such as spiced lamb ‘jackets’- fried potato skins filled with spiced lamb, served with mint yoghurt; Turkish delight cheesecake; chocolate babka ‘French toast’
and chargrilled monkfish fillet with a tomato tamarind sauce and tahini yoghurt dressing.

The glass Curtain, Cork

The second addition in the Irish Republic's city of Cork, The Glass Curtain, is 36-seater restaurant set inside MacCurtain Street’s Thompsons bakery, with a modern menu comprised of organic, seasonal ingredients, with exotic influences and flavour combinations from chef Brian Murray's time spent cooking overseas.

The Bailiwick, Surrey

Described as 'a classic country pub nessled at the gates of Windsor Great Park' and now under the leadership of Steven Ellis, previously of The Oxford Blue in Old Windsor, alongside his wife Ami as head pastry chef.
