The Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026 has revealed its latest Bib Gourmand selections, ahead of the awards ceremony in Dublin on Monday, February 9.

The Bib Gourmand is one of Michelin’s most respected distinctions, celebrating restaurants where diners can enjoy well-cooked, generously flavoured food at approachable prices.

Each year, the list highlights places that balance quality, consistency and value, often becoming some of the most popular and talked-about restaurants in the guide.

For 2026, Michelin inspectors have added 37 Bib Gourmand restaurants across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The selections reflect a wide range of cuisines and dining styles, from neighbourhood favourites and informal bistros to globally inspired kitchens delivering bold flavours without the fine-dining price tag.

The Bib Gourmand symbol will be added to each restaurant’s Michelin Guide listing following the ceremony in February.
