As the season draws to a close, let's celebrate the last of the summer produce with images from our fantastic members!
Remember that we share the best images on our Instagram feed and each month, we shortlist and feature the ten most liked images. The top three will win themselves a coveted 10th anniversary The Staff Canteen mug!
1. ‘Homemade Banoffee Magnum’ - glazed bananas, banoffee caramel, pecans and vanilla cream
2. Dry aged Humpty Doo barramundi cooked over paperbark and lemon myrtle, karkalla, Beach mustard, macadamia
4. Cod, beans, shellfish sauce, olive oil
5. Ahi, soy and brown sugar reduction, peach purée, wasabi and matcha wonton
6. White chocolate raspberry tart , fresh berries, raspberry sorbet, dried raspberry crumbs, raspberry sauce
7. Roasted seabass, sauce vierge
8. Halibut, trombetta courgette, fregola and shellfish sauce

10. Mango bavarois, coconut meringue, passion fruit syrup, toasted coconut sorbet
