The staff Canteen helps bring the producers, chefs and restaurateurs together with all the foodies out there.
What is your favourite dish to cook?
I can't think of a single dish that I prefer to cook but I love to learn and cook with new techniques. Right now I'm really focused on desserts!

I'm a sucker for anything with two pieces of bread and meat between it. Preferably bacon!
What are your plans for the future?
Right now I’m only focused on putting Grebys on the map and making it really successful. I want people to come from far away to visit us so we are able to be open every day even in the dark winter months in our little fishing village. I dream of having my own restaurant in the future but I'm not in a hurry yet.
