Lisa Goodwin-Allen confirms opening date for new Mayfair restaurant
Lisa Goodwin-Allen has confirmed the official opening date for her newest restaurant, Rosi at The Beaumont Mayfair.
A new era for The Beaumont Mayfair
The launch of Rosi marks a significant new chapter in the Mayfair hotel’s culinary story. Appointed as Culinary Director, Lisa Goodwin-Allen will lead the restaurant in partnership with executive chef Brendan Fyldes and executive head chef Jozef Rogulski, previously of The Game Bird at The Stafford London.
The opening on October 1st forms part of The Beaumont’s vibrant new direction under CEO Stuart Procter, who has been steering the Mayfair hotel away from its clubby, masculine image towards a brighter, more contemporary identity.

Rosi: modern British dining with flair
The menu reimagines nostalgic favourites with wit and warmth, from playful small bites like chipolata sausages and crudités to elevated openers such as King’s Beluga caviar and rock oysters.
Starters carry a retro charm, with dishes including dry-aged beef tartare, seafood cocktail and gin-cured melon. Mains lean into hearty classics reinvented with style, such as John Dory fish fingers, and chicken kyiv, while a rotating selection of seasonal signature pies promises to be a highlight.
Desserts will bring tableside theatre to Mayfair, from flamed seasonal sponge with custard to a playful build-your-own Rosi sundae. Lisa’s Mayfair Millionaire Tart nods to the neighbourhood’s indulgent reputation, closing the menu with both humour and finesse.
A leading voice in British dining
Lisa is one of the UK’s most celebrated chefs and among the small number of female Michelin-starred chefs in Britain. She has held a Michelin star at Northcote for over two decades, earning recognition for her bold flavours, imaginative style and skilled technique.
Speaking ahead of the launch, Lisa said: “I can’t wait to open the doors to Rosi. It’s been a joy working with Stuart, Brendan and Jozef to help create my London home. Rosi is a restaurant where the menu is full of dishes you really want to eat, and the atmosphere is just as inviting. I hope Rosi will be embraced by Londoners, just as I have been.”
CEO Stuart Procter added: “Rosi represents everything we love about British dining; seasonal ingredients, timeless dishes and genuine warmth. With Lisa at the helm and Brendan and Jozef by her side, we’re bringing a new energy to The Beaumont and reimagining what dining in Mayfair can feel like.”
