The post, which came only six weeks after the original announcement of the Kickstarter, said: "Our Kickstarter drew to a close on Friday and we are delighted to say that YOU ensured that we not only reached our target but exceeded it!"

In the video included in the post, you can see the work that is being done to allow for The Pony Chew Valley's opening and along with that, in the video, Josh Eggleton said, "I'd just like to say thank you so much to everybody for the crowdfunder. The support, it's been unbelievable."

The announcement also discussed how they had their first wedding at the Pony Chew Valley, something that the team had been looking forward to with the reopening.

While the announcement doesn't give any more information on exactly when we can expect the grand opening it did say: "More information on the official public opening of Pony Chew coming soon" and that the team will be contacting "everyone who pledged to our Kickstarter in the coming days."
