The Staff Canteen Live 2013 Supported by Chef Magazine at H&CS
The Staff Canteen Live 2013 supported by Chef Magazine’ at H&CS will bring together some of the UK’s leading chefs including the fabulous Tom Kerridge and Simon Hulstone to showcase innovative ingredients and techniques in a series of live cooking demonstrations at the event on the 5th and 6th of March in the Bournemouth International Centre.

Chefs and proprietors attending H&CS 2013 will be able to get up close for the demos as well as be able to talk with the chefs and supporting companies.

Since recently taking over the Hotel & Catering Show, Richard and his team have been investing in the event to develop new features, seminars and networking opportunities for chefs and proprietors in the hospitality sector across the South of England and beyond.
