The Staff Canteen Live 2013 in Bournemouth saw a star-studded line up with live cooking from Michelin-starred Tom Kerridge, Paul Ainsworth, Russell Brown and Chris Staines.

Also on stage were big name chefs Nathan Outlaw, Simon Hulstone, Matt Gillan and Hywel Jones - all of the top chefs were showcasing recipes from their restaurant menus.

The Hotel & Catering Show 2013 saw The Staff Canteen Live return drawing in the crowds together with Chef Magazine.

The show brought together some of the UK’s leading chefs including the fabulous Tom Kerridge and Simon Hulstone to showcase innovative ingredients and techniques in a series of live cooking demonstrations at the event on the 5th and 6th of March 2013 in the Bournemouth International Centre.

Tom Kerridge of The Hand and Flowers, the UK’s only two Michelin-starred pub kicked off the  events by showcasing some characteristic techniques.

Several of The Staff Canteen’s suppliers were there to support the show including Ritter Courivaud Ltd, Chef Works, Villeroy and Boch, MSK Ingredients, Charvet and Essential Cuisine. Development chef for MSK Ingredients, Vicky Endersen, said: “This kind of event brings together the perfect target audience for what we do. We aim at the high end marketplace and The Staff Canteen have brought together high end chefs with high end suppliers and they’ve done a sterling job.”
