The Staff Canteen Live 2017 at IFE

The Staff Canteen Live 2017 at IFE made its debut at the International Food and Drink Exhibition at the ExCel in London.

The live show, which was in association with Westlands, welcomed a number of the country's leading Michelin-starred chefs, including Andrew Wong, from A.Wong Restaurant;  Tom Brown from Nathan Outlaw at The Capital and  Mark Poynton from Alimentum

Also on stage were Robert Ortiz, head of culinary development of the LIMA Group; Kim Woodward from Skylon and Alexandru Craciun from Sosharu

The chefs showcased their skills during the four day event by creating the very best recipes live on stage in an interactive show, plus answering questions from the audience about their culinary careers and sharing their extensive knowledge with visitors.
