The Staff Canteen Live 2017 at IFE

The Staff Canteen Live 2017 at IFE, sponsored by Westlands, took to the stage in March to make its debut at the International Food and Drink Exhibition at the ExCel in London. The live show welcomed a number of the country's leading Michelin-starred chefs, including Robert Ortiz, head of culinary development of the LIMA Group; Kim Woodward from Skylon and Alexandru Cracuin from Sosharu. The chefs showcased their skills by creating the very best recipes live on stage in an interactive show, plus answering questions from the audience about their culinary careers and sharing their extensive knowledge with visitors.
