The Staff Canteen Live 2017 at the Great Hospitality Show

The Staff Canteen Live 2017, held in conjunction with produce supplier, Westlands and Chef Works, ran regular sessions daily during the three day event at the Great Hospitality Show 2017. The event showcased a changing line-up of the country's leading Michelin-starred chefs, offering visitors recipe guidance and cooking tips from the professionals, as well as interactive demonstrations and food tasting.

This year's headline chef was Glynn Purnell, who showcased his outstanding dishes for the Michelin-starred restaurant, Purnell's, along with Luke Butcher, his pastry and sous chef.  The must-attend event offered visitors the chance to discover the latest products and trends within the genres of food and drink, technology, catering equipment and table tops, providing a valuable insight that many now reflect in the daily workings of their business.
