The Staff Canteen Live 2017 saw a top line up of chefs take to the stage at the Great Hospitality Show including Glynn Purnell, Luke Butcher, Brad Carter, Hywel Jones and Adam Reid.

This year's headline chef was Glynn Purnell, who showcased his outstanding dishes for the Michelin-starred restaurant, Purnell's, along with Luke Butcher, his pastry and sous chef.

Also on stage were Dom Chapman, Mark Abbott, Andre Garrett and Nick Edgar among others who showcased a mix of dishes from their current menus at their restaurants.

Held in conjunction with produce supplier, Westlands and Chef Works, the must-attend event offered visitors the chance to discover the latest products and trends within the genres of food and drink, technology, catering equipment and table tops, providing a valuable insight that many now reflect in the daily workings of their business.

The star studded line up of today's top chefs had the opportunity to showcase their dishes at the event which was live streamed on our Facebook page.

Visitors also had the chance to receive recipe guidance and cooking tips straight from the professionals through a live Q&A session after each demonstration during the three day event which took place between 23-25 January, 2017.
