We're excited to be back for HRC at ExCel London on March 21st, 22nd and 23rd 2022 for the first time since 2020, with a fantastic line-up of chefs jumping on TSCLive's stage  - including Nick Beardshaw, Dom Chapman, Oli Williamson and Jeremy Chan

What are you cooking at HRC?

... Yep, always been this handsome. [Past] Mike Tweedie's hair though!

Favourite dish you've ever made?

Tournedos Rossini sandwich

Would you ever shave that beautiful beard of yours

Hells no! I wouldn't be beardymanchef anymore... Plus I'd look like Butch Dingle

What's your favourite national cuisine?
