Two weeks until entry deadline for Master of Culinary Arts
There are two weeks left to enter the Master of Culinary Arts 2013, the UK hospitality industry’s most prestigious award for head chefs, pastry chefs and restaurant managers.
Candidates should have at least 10 years full-time experience in their specific trade (not necessarily consecutively) and should currently be employed full-time within the UK.
The schedule for the competition is as follows:
Saturday 4th May Restaurant Management and Service Quarter-Final, Grosvenor House
Saturday 18th May Pastry Chef Semi-Final, Westminster Kingsway College
Monday 3rd June Restaurant Management and Service Semi-Final, The Connaught
Tuesday 25th June Chefs Semi-Final, University of West London
Saturday 21st September Restaurant Management and Service Final, Le Gavroche
Saturday 28th September Pastry Chef Final, Westminster Kingsway College
Saturday 12th October Chefs Final, University College Birmingham
Thursday 31st October Gala Presentation Dinner, Claridge’s
