“From biryani Sundays to cooking breakfast for my family, I grew up understanding how food connects people.
“I trained in Culinary Arts and Catering Technology before joining ITC Hotels and Resorts. A turning point came when I lived in Egypt, working as a culinary researcher and writer - discovering local food culture, storytelling, and the power of ingredients.
“During filming, I worked with Evolv Collection, and I’m now preparing to lead a new restaurant as head chef in 2026, bringing Indian techniques and flavours to the finest British produce.”
Who and what inspired you to become a chef?
