'Onwards and Upwards' is a stunning book showcases the fine flavours that are prevalent throughout the seasons. With 40 Art School Restaurant recipes and stunning photography, the book represents the culmination of a year’s work for chef patron Paul and his team.

This collection of recipes celebrates Paul’s renowned food style where great produce and sensational ingredients are executed by a sparkling culinary talent. 

The book outline’s Paul’s approach to seasonal and local food with step by step methods to recreating starter, main and dessert dishes for each of the seasons and includes profiles of some of his favourite North-West food heroes.
