Yannick Alléno and James Knappett to host dinner at Pavyllon London
Two of the UK’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs will join forces for a one-night-only dining experience at Pavyllon London.
The event will be held at the restaurant by Yannick Alléno at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.
As part of the restaurant’s acclaimed Counter Culture series, on July 10, Yannick Alléno - one of the most decorated chefs in the world - will welcome James Knappett of the two Michelin-starred Kitchen Table in Fitzrovia.
Together, James and Yannick will create an exclusive six-course menu that blends Yannick's modern French techniques with James' refined approach to British ingredients.
The evening will unfold at the restaurant’s famed kitchen counter, offering guests a chance to interact with the chefs as they cook, or in the elegant dining room. The £250 per person menu features highlights such as Yannick's Cornish lamb with Bagnetto Rosso and his signature caramel ganache with yellow wine ice cream, alongside James' scallop with caviar and cobnut cream, and Goan-style lobster with mango and coriander.
A sommelier-selected wine pairing curated by Sandia Chang, co-founder of Kitchen Table, is available for an additional price.
This special collaboration is part of Pavyllon’s ongoing Counter Culture series, which celebrates culinary creativity and has previously featured chefs including Raymond Blanc, Adam Handling, and Chet Sharma. The events also mark the 55th anniversary of Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.
Reservations are now open at Pavyllon London.
