Who is chef Budiono Sukim, MasterChef: The Professionals 2021 contestant?
Introducing Budiono Sukim, one of 32 chefs taking part in MasterChef: The Professionals 2021, airing on BBC One every Monday, Thursday and Friday from November 8th through to December 24th.
Biography:
Budiono is originally from Indonesia and is currently the head chef at Aloft Hotels in London. He has been cooking professionally for nearly three decades.
As reported in The Sun, the 47-year-old said he became a chef because he dislikes being hungry. He also has a storng love of promoting Indonesian food here in UK.
