Chef Nigel Haworth and The Three Fishes present Fusion 2, a week-long culinary festival running October 13-19 in the Ribble Valley.

The series unites acclaimed chefs from the UK and beyond for one-off tasting menus, with proceeds supporting Hospitality Action.

Each evening features an exclusive five-course tasting menu, paired with a choice of premium or prestige wines curated to elevate every dish. Expect global flavours, innovative technique and thoughtful storytelling, all grounded in Nigel’s commitment to locality and seasonality.

Nigel said: “I’ve always believed that food should tell a story, and this collaboration brings together some of the most talented chefs in the industry to tell a collective story of diverse flavours, cultures, and experiences. Each chef brings their own unique perspective to the table, and I’m thrilled to be working alongside these incredible talents to create something truly special for our guests.”
