Marc Hardiman is the new Head Chef of Galvin At Windows

Marc Hardiman joins Galvin at Windows as head chef ahead of its grand re-opening on August 1, replacing Joo Won.

With over 10 years’ senior level experience working at multi Rosette and Michelin star establishments in the UK and Australia, Marc will be at the helm of the kitchen, overseeing all menu delivery, creative dish development and food innovation.

He said: “This is a really exciting move for me, joining Chris and his team at such a pivotal moment in our industry. I am all about championing quality sustainable seasonal produce. Our re-opening menu is inspired by the incredible ingredients found in the great British larder as well as my travels, designed to deliver maximum flavour and hopefully nothing but true satisfaction and happiness for customers.” 

He joins Galvin at Windows following his former role at The Ritz Hotel. Previously to that, working across three properties owned by seasoned hoteliers including No.15 Great Pulteney; carrying out the role as Executive Head Chef of the four-red-AA-star43-bedroom Great Fosters Hotel in Surrey (’14 – ’18) were his team gained a coveted Michelin star under his guidance, before that Marc was the Executive Chef at the 5 red star Bovey Castle (’11 – ’13).
