Rohan Wadke is culinary support head at Cameron House Hotel & Resorts on Loch Lomond, where he oversees multiple food outlets and curates seasonal menus. Alongside his hotel role, he runs Rohan’s Kitchen in Glasgow, a sustainable Asian dining concept that combines classic recipes with contemporary flair.

Career across luxury and Michelin kitchens

Rohan’s career spans a range of prestigious kitchens in both the UK and internationally.

In London, he worked at The Cinnamon Club, developing his understanding of refined Indian cuisine in a fine-dining setting. He later joined the Michelin-starred Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in Windermere, where he was part of the team that helped open Gilpin Spice, the hotel’s pan-Asian restaurant concept.

His international experience includes roles at Taj Mahal Mumbai, Leela Kempinski, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels across the UK and Ireland. These positions strengthened his leadership skills and broadened his exposure to global hospitality standards.

Television and competition experience

In 2016, Rohan appeared as a quarter-finalist on BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals, gaining national exposure and showcasing his technical skill under competition pressure.

He has also built a strong competition record, reaching multiple National Chef of the Year semi-finals and earning a Gold Medal at ScotHot.

Competition cooking has remained an important part of his professional development, reinforcing precision, timing and flavour balance within his style.
