How to create a Wild Atlantic Prawn, sesame and ginger rice wrap recipe

Hello my name is Russell Brand from creative about cuisine and the recipe that we're going to do for you today is featuring wild Atlantic prawns and we're going to make a simple vinaigrette style dressing spiced with some ginger going to put some lettuce and spring onions and we're going to make these into some Asian-style wraps, so simple cold dish.

We're going to start with soy sauce, sesame Oil , little bit of rice wine vinegar and just for a bit of sweetness a little bit honey the prawns are naturally very sweet they take six years to grow to the to the size that we're using sustainable wild product adding in a little bit of grated ginger and then just whisk that in so we’re going to put the spring onions into the dressing and the idea is the acidity of the dressing or just will the spring onions a little bit so just soften them slightly.

So we’re just going to spoon this on and the key thing is that the flavour of the prawns still comes through and then we got some Asian style rice paper wraps just into a little bit of warm water you don't want to make them too soft otherwise they tend to tear when you actually try to wrap them up, a little bit there and then just a few of our prawns and then just the wrap over, fold the ends in, just gently roll those and you’ve got a nice little prawn, sesame and ginger wrap there.
