The Staff Canteen Live 2017 saw a top line up of chefs take to the stage at the Great Hospitality Show, scothot and ife.

On stage at the Great Hospitality Show were Dom Chapman, Mark Abbott, Andre Garrett, Nick Edgar, Glynn Purnell and Brad Carter among others who showcased a mix of dishes from their current menus at their restaurants.

The star studded line up of today's top chefs had the opportunity to showcase their dishes at the event which was live streamed on our Facebook page.

The Staff Canteen Live 2017 at ScotHot saw a collection of the industry's top chefs including Adam Handling, Graeme Cheevers and Geoffrey Smeddle recreate some of their signature dishes in front of a live audience at the SECC in Glasgow.

Also on stage were big names including MasterChef: The Professionals 2016 winner, Gary Maclean, Stuart Ralston, William Curley and Ruth Hinks.

The Staff Canteen Live 2017 was rounded off at IFE [International Food and Drink Exhibition] at the ExCel in London.

The live show welcomed a number of the country's leading Michelin-starred chefs, including Andrew Wong, from A.Wong Restaurant;  Tom Brown from Nathan Outlaw at The Capital and  Mark Poynton from Alimentum

Also on stage were Robert Ortiz, head of culinary development of the LIMA Group; Kim Woodward from Skylon and Alexandru Craciun from Sosharu

The chefs showcased their skills during the four day event by creating the very best recipes live on stage in an interactive show, plus answering questions from the audience about their culinary careers and sharing their extensive knowledge with visitors.
