The restaurant will open for breakfast (6.30-10.30am), lunch (12-2.30pm) and dinner (6-11.30pm) with a modern European menu combined with a hint of Asian flavouring, created using the finest local market and regionally sourced produce. The lounge will offer a distinctive a la carte menu of authentic Shangri-La Asian specialities including curry laksa, “Hainan” chicken rice and char koay teow. Overseeing all three venues within the Shard will be executive chef Emil Minev who boasts 25 years of experience and is formerly of Shangri-La properties in Tokyo and the Maldives.
