Toby Burrowes is leaving Zuma

Toby Burrowes has announced that he is leaving his position as head chef at Zuma in London

Toby, who has worked as head chef at Zuma since 2020, described his time there as a blast.

While the post was only brief announcing his leaving and describing how much he had enjoyed his time he was also able to create some buzz for future projects with a subtle hint at what was to come next.

Before his time at Zuma, Toby worked as head chef at Phil Howard's Michelin starred Elystan Street leaving over "a professional difference of opinion" after joining the restaurant when it opened in 2016, prviusly working for him at The Square.

Prior to leaving Elystan Street, he took part in the 2020 Obsession series alongside Phil Howard, six years after doing so for the first time.
