CARTERS ANNOUNCE POP-UP AT MEMBER’S CLUB EIGHTEEN AT 103 COLMORE ROW

Bookings are now live, the pop-up will run from 2nd February - 31st May 2024

The Michelin-starred restaurant and duo, Brad and Holly Carter, are relocating Carters to Birmingham’s city centre from 2nd February to 31st May 2024 to the private members club, Eighteen at 103 Colmore Row. Bookings are live at t.ly/X1YGY.

Carters moved to Westlands UK in Evesham this summer from their Moseley location of 13 years. They will open a restaurant in the city centre in the summer 2024, details are to follow.

At Eighteen, they will create a Chef’s Table experience in the boardroom. Guests can expect the UK’s highest-quality produce in a multi-course format with expertly paired drinks, complemented by breath-taking views.

Reservations for February are now live, March dates will be available from 1st February, and the 1st of every month moving forward.

Carters at Eighteen will be open for Friday dinner service, Saturday Lunch and dinner service, Sunday dinner service, and Monday dinner service, with the possibility of reserving the space for private hire on request.

Eighteen is built to an incredible specification by sustainable and award-winning designers, x-why. It features a luxurious bar with an outdoor terrace. x+why enjoy B Corp status and their spaces are designed and managed to be as sustainable as possible, an ethos synonymous with Carters who focus on seasonality, working closely with the farmers in their urban allotment and producers around the UK.

Brad and Holly Carter said, “We’re really looking forward to our debut in the city centre. To serve our food against breath-taking views of the city and to partner with Eighteen by x and why whose sustainability practises mirror our own is a real buzz. We’re also keen to build our presence in the city centre ahead of our restaurant opening in the summer of 2024; super exciting times ahead!”

Bookings are now live at t.ly/X1YGY
