Competition Rules • The Staff Canteen has 1x set of prizes to give away thanks to Bragard • A date will be set to allow all members to enter the competition to win the prizes as listed above sponsored by Bragard. This will be Monday 5^th August 2013. • The Staff Canteen will post one question. To enter you must e-mail your answer to [email protected] • Any personnel who are employed by either The Staff Canteen or Bragard or any company directly involved in the publication and distribution of the prize(s) cannot enter the competition and will find their entry invalid. • On Wednesday 15^th August The Staff Canteen will, between 10.30am-11.30am, post the final list of members that correctly answered the question. • Any questions arising from the posted competition

question are to be sent by e-mail to [email protected] , anyone posting answers within the competition thread link/post, will have their posting removed and their entry will not count. • To submit your answer, your email MUST have the subject title “Bragard Competition ” as per the post and MUST contain: your answer to the question, your name and address. If any of these elements are missing the entry will not count. • No answers will be accepted after 6.30pm UK time on the competition closure day which is Wednesday 14^th August 2013. • Each member is allowed one entry. The Staff Canteen will accept only one entry and in the case where two entries from one member are received, only the first entry will be valid. • Winners will be drawn from a hat on an agreed date which is Friday 16^th August 2013. The first name drawn will win the first prize and then second and third in that order. • It is your responsibility to check the thread to see if you have won. • The successful winners MUST contact The Staff Canteen by e-mail to [email protected] to accept their prize within 72 hours of the winner’s username being posted on the competition thread. • If the prize is not claimed within the given time period a second draw will take place in the manner of the first one, and a new winner will be chosen. • The Winner must fully comply with The Staff Canteen rules on competitions and by entering this competition you agree to do so. • All prizes are non transferable, cannot be sold, auctioned or swapped. • The Staff Canteen also reserves the right to record the winners through pictures, video and other media sources and use this material in future promotional activity and will send the winners details to the sponsors.
