Let's start with the arrival at the hotel, and I guess the first point to raise, and perhaps question, is that irrespective of the country, travel agents are completely ambiguous when it comes to distance between two points "only two minutes from the sea!!" What they mean of course is if Lewis Hamilton is driving you in a F1 car! The same can be said for "its only five minutes between the hotels that the travelling Bocuse fans faithful and groups are staying"
After some twenty five minutes from our first drop off point we arrive at the Novetel. Twenty five Brits, a scattering of franglaise between us, check in! Thank heavens
