This season of MasterChef: The Professionals has taken us through a rollercoaster of emotions and many of Marcus Wareing's reactions to the chefs have been very relatable. Here are some of our favourites...

1. When you get a complaint from a customer who doesn't know how what they're eating is supposed to be served

 

 

2. When you ask your chef to make a poached egg and they start boiling water in a frying pan

 

 

3. When you 86 an item and immediately get 6 orders of it 

 

 

4. When the commis has finished cleaning down and reorganises the walk-in instead of sneaking out for a fag

 

 

5. When you find out your delivery for the bank holiday weekend is going to be late

 

 

6. When a member of staff you know went out the night before ~conveniently~ calls in sick

 

 

7. When you see another chef using your knife

 

 

8. When a waiter comes in and announces six dietaries on a table of 16  

 

 

9. And finally, when your team is perfectly in sync and smashes a Saturday dinner service shift with minimal hiccups
