Can you find a Concentrated Place to take a photo of yourself in to help raise money for Hospitality Action?

The Staff Canteen
To celebrate the launch of the new Knorr Create More Concentrated Sauces, the whole industry is invited to take part in an exciting photo campaign to raise money for Hospitality Action. It couldn’t be easier. Simply take a photo of yourself in a Concentrated Place – somewhere small and unusual – and upload it to www.catererandhotelkeeper.com/concentratedplaces or send to [email protected]. For every photo uploaded Knorr will donate £1 to Hospitality Action, which will help improve the lives of people within the hospitality and catering industry. The new Knorr Blue Dragon and Knorr Patak’s Create More Concentrated Sauces ranges have been specifically developed for chefs who want to add their own signature to a dish, but don’t have the time or resource to create authentic Oriental or Indian dishes using a professional paste. Sarah Branagan, category manager for sauces at Unilever Food Solutions, comments:  “We’re continually looking to enhance our portfolio of professional ingredients by listening to what chefs want. The unique Create More Concentrated Sauces join a range of professional pastes and ready-to-use sauces, ensuring chefs – no matter what their skill level or kitchen resource – can now put dishes with a truly authentic taste on their menus. “We hope the whole industry will join in our Concentrated Places photo campaign to raise money for a good cause.” The Knorr Create More Concentrated Sauces range is simple to use – just add water, fresh ingredients and your own inspiration – and available in bestsellers such as Sweet & Sour and Tikka Masala. They also use 37% less packaging than ready-to-use-sauces so there are almost half as many trucks on the road. To see more Concentrated Places photos visit www.catererandhotelkeeper.com/concentratedplaces. The best photos will be featured in Caterer & Hotelkeeper at the end of March.
