If 2020 was a food, what would it be? See the top answers from the TSC audience!

The Staff Canteen

Let's be honest 2020 has been the worst year known to man but sometimes you have to laugh or you will cry.

We asked The Staff Canteen audience: If 2020 was a food, what would it be? And you didn't disappoint, here are your top answers:

1. Overcooked Brussel sprouts...so much promise...only let down.

2. Severely undercooked scrambled eggs, scrambled with their shells. Crunchy salmonella

3. Tripe...it would be tripe...tripe by name & nature and shouldn't be in anyone else's stomach other than its own!

4. Just a generic quiche that someone makes for the first time then goes on about it like they've channelled Escoffier

5. Boiled dog soup

garnished with crispy bogey croutons

6. Warm fish yoghurt

7. Under cooked chicken. Everything was fine at the start, then something started to feel a bit wrong and panic started. Extra toilet roll was grabbed then everything turns to shit and you can’t leave the house... finally, limping to a bit of a flatulent ending.

8. Fermented herring

9. Ferret ball bags en en croûte with a pig sperm emulsion and crusty pigeon feet crackling

10.  Dog poo biscuit

11. Pickled donkey dick

12. Bat

13. Ghost Chilli - Fucks you on the way in, fucks you on the way out too

14. A shit sandwich on mouldy bread with spoiled mayo, covered in excrement gravy....
